Your complimentary dining options on board the Queen Mary 2 cruise ship will depend on which class of accommodation you choose. Those in Queens Grill suites, Princess Grill suites and Britannia Club suites have their own dining venues, although most guests will dine in the grand Britannia Restaurant. Speciality options include The Verandah, an elegant steakhouse, and for a real treat at sea, guests can enjoy a Godiva Chocolate Afternoon Tea.

With activities for rain and shine, your voyage aboard Cunard‘s Queen Mary 2 can be as busy or laid back as you wish. Stargaze at the planetarium, catch a film at the cinema, or join the croupiers at the Monte-Carlo-themed casino. Unwind at the Mareel Wellness & Beauty spa, or find a cosy spot in the library, which has thousands of books to peruse. IDEAL FOR
Being a traditional, luxury cruise liner rather than a modern cruise ship, Queen Mary 2 is probably better suited to adult travellers. With grand interiors, decadent dining and a variety of entertainment options tailored to grownups, including art and dance classes and guest speakers such as authors and actors, the liner is a haven for adults, whether travelling alone or as a couple.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Whilst there’s no need to dress to the nines every night on board Queen Mary 2, guests tend to find that evenings at sea are an occasion for finer attire. During the day, casual and comfortable is encouraged – although swimwear is not permitted in indoor dining areas – and you’ll be sure to find more casual lounging areas in the evenings, too.
