DINING
Serving 5 course, a la carte menus with dishes spanning the globe, Aurora and Borealis are the central dining destinations aboard the Borealis cruise ship. The smaller restaurant Vasco focuses on dishes from Goa – using aromatic spices to bring the warm, rich dishes of western India to your table. Vibrant but intimate, the Colours & Tastes venue is home to chefs creating Asian fusion recipes to tempt your tastebuds. To enjoy the menus served in the main restaurant – in a smaller, quieter venue, book a table in the Indian Ocean Room.
ENTERTAINMENT AND THINGS TO DO
The Neptune Lounge is the central hub for comedy, cabaret and music aboard the Fred Olsen Borealis cruise ship.
