This morning transfer to Tokyo Train Station for a Shinkansen ride to Odawara. Reboard the coach and briefly visit Odawara Castle. Then drive to Mt Fuji’s 5th Station. Located 2300m above sea level, it offers a vantage point for Mt Fuji and the surrounding lakes (weather permitting). The 5th Station also features shrines, torii gates and souvenir shops. Take the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway (also called the Kachi Kachi Ropeway). This cable car brings you up the 220 meters to the observation point and offers fantastic views of the lake as you ascend. Afterwards continue onwards to Lake Ashi, nearby in Hakone National Park, to admire the scenery as you take a short cruise across the lake. The waters are overlooked by surrounding mountains, including Mt Fuji and Mt Komagatake. Stay overnight in the region and enjoy a delicious Japanese dinner.

After breakfast visit Hase-dera, one of the main Buddhist temples in Japan, famous for housing a massive wooden statue of Kannon. Then transfer to Port of Yokohama to embark Embark Diamond Princess for your 28 Night Cruise
